We're looking for someone to lead the (responsive) front-end development of our product. flashbackr has a heavy front-end so we're looking for someone that can show us at least one consumer-facing product he's shipped and has been heavily involved in.

You will work closely with the CTO and CEO in a flat hierarchy startup style environment. We do not hold restrictions on office hours so that all you have to do is perform and the rest is up to you. What we'd like from you:

• Be a leader on skills and best practices in HTML, CSS and Javascript
• Love writing concise xHTML and cross-browser responsive CSS including IE8+
• Write tight, test-driven, object-oriented Javascript code
• Experience using jQuery and Javascript MVC frameworks, such as Backbone
• Experience with RequireJS and Grunt is a strong plus
• Be familiar with and ready to code browser extensions
• Keen attention to detail and appreciation of visual/interaction design.

If you want to join a team of quality driven passionate individuals this might be your call. Salary + Equity to be negotiated but you would essentially enter the team as a late founder.
